Simprovise is now hiring a community manager! What this position does is interact with the community, mitigate problems between players, answer questions, offer suggestions and assistance where needed, and overall help foster a positive and supportive community. I will be honest; I myself am not much of a people person. I can absolutely do it and quite well, but it is draining for me to be doing this kind of thing consistently, so the community manager would essentially become the 'face' of Simprovise, the one at the front of the carriage waving at the people while I drive the horses, on occasion. My ability to people kind of comes and goes. I'm an introverted extrovert, so I need downtime to recharge before being able to become visible again and that's where the community manager would come in.
It's absolutely a bonus if you're willing to become an active player on the site as well, but this is not really necessary. I would mandate you also have a Discord. It is faster and easier to communicate through Discord as I can access it easily on the go and if you're not an active player on the site I may need to help you answer questions and such. The software takes care of most other things, so it's just community management that I need help with.
