However I do want to seek some advice; I want this site to be a mature(16+ with 18+ content hidden in a filter), have a admin CP that's easy to understand (or simple tutorials on how to use it) and a account switcher option. My budget for HOSTING something monthly, I would prefer it to be 20 USD or less. Free is the target but I don't mind if it's at least 20 or less. The site I am making is fairly niche(a feral pokemon RP site) Can anyone help me out here on making a choice? It's the first time I'm doing something like this. So all help is appreciated.
