[Flahme 44]

Hi All! I'm Flahme and this is also the name of my primary RP character. I live in Australia and love to write. I have written stories on and off for the past thirteen years with a leaning to anything a bit odd and/or supernatural.

 

I began roleplaying about eighteen months ago when I went on the hunt for a new rpg browser game and came across one with a heavy emphasis on actual writing. I quickly found that I love this style of expression and story creation.  Character building is incredibly enjoyable, and I can see why many people have many characters. I also get a lot out of writing with others and feeding off what they bring to the story with their characters. 

 

I have been lucky enough to find a writing partner for Flahme and together we are venturing out to form our own RP Forum called The World Within.  I wanted to build a place to encourage maximum creative freedom, so it is a lot less prescriptive than most forums. This feature will work for some but not all. 

 

My favourite genre is modern supernatural/urban fantasy, though I am thinking about dipping my RP toe in a few other ponds.  My favourite way to RP is via forums and sometimes email for the getting to know you stuff.  I can do both short rapid fire exchanges or longer detailed pieces. My preference is posts around 500 words as I find it allows for some detail without getting buried in it.

Can I assume your pic is of Flahme too? If so, she a cutie.

500 words is like the greatest medium for me too. It is usually around the area where you offer enough detail for the scene and character without losing the reader's attention Whenever theres just a dialogue exchange though I tend to go down even to the 100s. Just depends on context for me.

Hi @dylzoe  Aw thanks, but no I use Katherine McNamara for Flahme. It took a bit of hunting and trying on different red heads then someone suggested her and she fits perfectly.

 

The picture here I call Chibi Flahme. A friend made her for me as I was streaming gaming on Twitch and wanted a cartoonish character to represent me. I have red hair and my headset is white hence the colours.  The full pic is below. FG is for Flahme Gaming.
