How to Submit to RP Directory?

I have been searching all around the site and can't figure out how to submit my site to your directory. I've read the steps listed but they don't help. I just don't see the option.

Please help?

 

Edit: I found the tiny note in the starting info that says I have to post 10 things first before I have the right to list a site? So I guess I'll work on that. If it doesn't work I'll just post another topic about the option not being available.

Its not a tiny note. We have a countdown in the top right (which you'll no longer see as you have more than 10 posts). You are sent a PM with our welcome guide that includes that information. Its also listed in our "Directory Requirements" on the right hand side of the directory page.
