Issue with "buying" Roleplay Hosting

Hi! 

 

I'm having an issue with "paying" the order. I can place an order, no problem, but when I get to the payment screen, it brings me back to the order screen. It keeps doing that no matter how many times T tried "paying". I'm not sure if I'm missing something here or it's an error, but some help would be greatly appreciated! 😄

This is a known issue. You need to create a support ticket as accounts have to be manually created. If you already have one in I will get to it as soon as I'm available.

Your best bet would probably be posting in Staff Contact Center or filing a support ticket, especially with private financial information on the line.
