Dealing with plagiarism... How do you do it?

I make a database backup once a week for my RPs, and I keep them in neat organized folders. I can open the database at any time and show the dates, and while it's not foolproof, a Jcink database does store the webpages, skins, etc. so I can prove certain things. Screenshots and posts themselves can be doctored or edited (timestamps on them mean nothing), so I ignore those: I look at the dates of files and proof that's (almost) indisputable.

Otherwise, I just don't care. Not really. I'll report someone to directories and the like if it's really widespread (like they've taken a bunch of stuff), but if it's just inspired? Or vaguely similar, I ignore it. They're unoriginal so it's going to fail anyway, why waste the energy?
