Roleplay What's your character doing right now?

Most of mine are in various different roleplays so each point is a different setting.

 

Red just started a gang war after a calculated plan to unite them went horribly wrong. His son is begging him to go ask the other gang leader for forgiveness before it all gets out of hand. 

 

Dag:

•  is trying to adjust to being a father after his pregnant girlfriend was captured by bug mutants and assumed dead only to turn up later with twins in tow. In the mean time he's helping to organize a slave rebellion.
• In another one Dag is being coerced by the police to help them bust a drug ring, unaware that its a much larger organization than that. 

 

Seth: 

• Being captured by bandits in post apocalyptic Moscow while a fellow soldier essentially just threatened to rape one of their women. Because that's really going to help them get free. 
• Working out a few kinks in his marriage while also helping to plan the aforementioned slave rebellion with Dag.
• Trying to prevent the gang war Red started while grieving that his best friend was killed when the plan went awry.
• Hanging out with a new member of his gun running circle, finally starting to let his guard down and trust her while they bond over monster movies - unaware that she's a deep cover cop. 
• Helping his new wife over the death of her brother while they were supposed to be on their honeymoon - the problem is his family (hunters) are the ones who murdered him (werewolf). 
• Chilling in the garage with a pack mate having a few beers. 
• Being more or less tortured at a CIA black site after organizing an escape attempt. Most of his team and his girlfriend (formerly his handler) got free but now he's trapped with his girlfriend's jealous ex-fiance in charge of breaking him into submission. 

Ilia: 

• Captured by the guards to be interrogated for spending too much time with one of the slaves, secretly his girlfriend.
• In the midst of abandoning his friends and former squad mates to chase after a girl he just met. He's comforting her because she just lost an eye in a fight. 

Vitali: 

• Just took out Ilia's crush's eye in a fight. Consequently bound and unconscious as a prisoner. 

Asche: 

• On a vacation with her husband trying to avoid discussing what to do with their son who was finally returned from the Fae realm. 
• Hanging out with a werewolf who doesn't know she's a hunter or that she knows he's a werewolf.

Ransome: 

• Arranging the kidnapping of his young nephew as revenge against his family for having him exiled over something he didn't do. He and his wife were assaulted by bandits shortly after resulting in her inability to have children and he blames them for it.

Pearl (a Sea Siren) is luring a gentleman she met while clubbing into the water under the promise of NSFW activities with the intention of eating his flesh for nourishment; not knowing that instead of a tasty human male he's a Faerie and not editable. 

Vesta is complaining to the Vampire King that the subject he was going to send for her to experiment on (He commissioned her to find a way to allow him or his Kin to walk in daylight) never showed up: Unbeknownst to both of them that said missing vampire was intercepted by a group of clergy dedicated to killing "unholy monsters".

So because of the recent friday the 13th date, we are holding a "freaky friday" event where characters body switched. My character Ryland is in the body of his paralyzed cousin, which is extremely disconcerting for him. He's also locked up in a room with his ex who is in the body of an enemy and they're just now getting flagged down by a witch who's like "Yo, what're you doing in there?"

 

Meanwhile, my wannabe tough guy werewolf is in the body of one of his best friends, who is shorter than he is (so that's annoying for him) and he's also like "WTF" because he's in an unfamiliar apartment with his friend's on-again/off-again boyfriend... 

 

It's all really convoluted and tangled up and that's just the short version of events.

 

Not body swapped, I have my youngster red panda shifter watching a dragon in a park. 

 

A dude in love with his friend is attending a pride parade event (from last month but stuff bleeds over, what can you do?) He kinda wanted to use the pride event as a way to come out to his friend but it's not going so well. LOL

Samuel the merman is admitting to his estranged pirate father that he never went to college like he wanted. 

 

Jefferson the wizard is being a grouchy old man and complaining that kids these days just don't appreciate magic like they used to.

 

Lance the faerie is admitting to someone he has a crush on that he isn't actually a knight even if he does have armor and horses. 

 

Ethan the faerie is on a date with the grim reaper. Literally. There's champagne and dancing involved. 

 

Angelo the faerie is desperately trying to get himself eaten by a vampire. 

 

Andrew the human is trying to explain to his faerie boyfriend why faeries scare the sh*t out of him without sounding too species-ist. 

 

Agent Smith has has had it up to here with all these supernatural shennanigans and is just trying to enjoy a relaxing Saturday night on the couch binge-watching Arrow, but has his own faerie lover to deal with.

Red just woke up to gunshots and screaming outside the hotel, and is about to have a confrontation with the bandits heckling the locals. 

 

Ilia's trying to figure out what kind of sick joke he's being targeted for after a smokin' hot babe picked him to get flirty with at a party.

Aaralyn (Vampire/Wamphyri Species)

After being sent on a mission that required traveling back in time to eradicate the very creatures who created her, Aaralyn wakes up in an parallel timeline without any real memory of who or what she is (a Vampire). She's in New York but it's not the city of her birth, not really. After waking up from a drug, booze fueled orgy that may have also involved some necrophilia she encounters a creature named Crastor. For reasons neither can explain the pair team up and given she has forgotten much of her mandate she and Crastor bum around picking fights, over drinking and over sexing one another. However, money is running short and so they have branched out to begin taking muscle work for some shady Brooklyn cops.

 

Adryana Odenathus (High Born woman of the Warrior Caste)

Adryana is the second daughter of a prominent warrior in the Gorean city of Thentis. After her father's over reaching ambitions are curtailed this past summer the city's leadership has taken to punishing the famed warrior by removing his children, who he would undoubtedly have used as pawns in his power grab, and sending them to the newly allied town of Minus. Other children of powerful or wealthy Thentian families are also being sent to winter in Minus hoping to solidify the alliance via marriage pacts with men and women of the local area. Adryana, arrogant and snobbish, has no plans of doing her part within this cultural exchange believing the Minusians to be small and insignificant, and unknown even to her, her father has planted an agent in her entourage with orders all his own.

 

Tyrios Herennius (Scribe, Resident of Minus)

All dwarves are bastards in their father's eyes and the same is said for Tyrios Herennius of the glorious City of Ar (Gor). However, after working his way into the town of Minus and working his way up the ladder he now sits at the right hand of a powerful warrior named Cimber the Sleeping Dragon who despite being northern born and with a fiery reputation, has come to rule a town in the southern half of Gor. Advising the Administrator of Minus as he navigates the world of power and politics Tyrios has also committed himself to tracking down lost art and cultural artifacts looted by the City of Cos which until recently had occupied his home city of Ar. A member of the Caste of Scribes, Tyrios is small in stature but large in ambition and is now playing a pivotal role in the new alliance between Minus, Ar and the city of Thentis. 

 

Lana Dietrich  (Thief, resident of Peach Trees Mega Block)

Lana is a citizen of Mega-City One living in the infamous Peach Trees Block known as being home to some of the worst criminal elements in the immense city. Her level of the Block is ruled by a gang lead by a psychopath named Red Vancer, a failed clone experiment part of the Judge training program. To keep him off her back, literally, Lana pays his gang for their protection and the freedom to get away with more than what the regular citizens of Peach Trees might be permitted. Dark and sullen Lana is a great thief, lacking any remorse while being loyal to her Block through and through. Recently Lana has gotten herself into a bit of trouble involving an alien hunter preying on the city and now Red demanding Lana steal information from the BLock's control center that might shed more light on the hunter. (She is also unknowingly paling around with a Black Ops Judge attempting to infiltrate the Block and investigate alleged links between the criminal enterprises and the city's Mayor).

Cyrus has just realized that the junkie he sold to isn't going to come through with her end of the deal.
