Neither honestly, depends on whether you mean RL faces or art or animanga, I prefer art as an indicator or just text as opposed to playby's.

I have used both in the past, but have started using "portrayal" and "portrayed by" recently. More sites are allowing members to use real people, artwork, cartoons, animations and so on instead of just people. I think "portrayal" is more inclusive, but that's a personal preference.

I normally just say "face." So I chose face claim. I don't like "PB" because it's already Proboards and Peanut Butter and I don't want to add another one to it. I agree that FC sounds weird though, hence just "face."
