Other Mobile keyboard app recommendations

What keyboard apps do you recommend and why? Be sure to specify Android/Apple!

 

I just use what came with my phone (Samsung keyboard), so I'm interested to see what other recommendations are out there.

When I used Android I used Swype because I thought it helped. Even downloaded it on my iPhone (99cent app on the iPhone). However I end up using only the default keyboard on my iPhone. I find the best part about it compared to swype is that it learns me. So as I type things and correct it it eventually learns words and things I say more often. I know that one of my old friends uses a word for a character name and after a while that word auto capitalized for her.

I have a compact Logitech external keyboard that links via Bluetooth to my iPhone, iPad, and AppleTV. When I cannot take it with me (it's really small), I use the native keyboard apps built into the iPhone and iPad.
