3SC needs help transferring from Proboards to JCink

Context:  Members on my Proboards site are overwhelmingly in favor of switching to JCink Premium, and I need help with setup since:

1. I am the only staff member, and
2. I'm on a steep learning curve using Jcink (Proboards is much more idiot-friendly)

My asks for this admin position would be:

• Help me create themes on the Jcink site that are as similar as possible to the ones on the Proboards site (the color palettes and graphics already exist, I just need them implemented on the JCink site)
• If possible, implement features on the JCink site that exist on the Proboards site as plugins (e.g. a monetary system, site shop [using site money, not real money], Google fonts, etc.)

This position would entail making you an administrator on both the Proboards and JCink site; familiarity with both is great, but being familiar with JCink is much more important.
