So, what I have in my head is that Eugene's mom sets him up on a blind date with one of her friend's kids. Instead of the eldest sister showing up our girl comes in her place. Mostly to say her sister is uninterested. The two start to talk about how the whole blind date thing is ridiculous and just have a genuinely pleasant conversation. What happens next. They keep running into each other, Specifically at work but even in other locations too. And things just develop from there.
Possible problems they could have range from his obsession with being the perfect employee to their age gap. Then there is the whole work thing. We also have the whole he doesn't actually properly date so he would be a mess with emotions and how to navigate that. It's a small idea but it is one so I'm shooting my shot.
