- Description:
A summer colors post template for the Summertime Fun Challenge. You can modify text size pretty easily. The title should be kept to two lines. If it's short enough it will stay within the circle. Works on mobile as well with a slightly different format. Works nicely with or without an image. If you do not want the image, just take away the <img> tag. Make sure to place images within the <p>. All images will be max 100px and rounded. They will resize automatically and constrain to proportions. Create line breaks using <br>.

This is a pretty simple posting template for jcink themed around Icarus, a figure in Greek mythology famous for flying towards too close to the sun on wings of wax. It may or may not look a little wonky on here, but I promise that it works correctly on jcink and other sites that allow html. You can edit colors, fonts and images and even adapt it for use on proboards or another platform. All that I ask is that the template credit remains.

Here is a simple dohtml posting template for the reflection post template challenge. The top box and the image border use animated gifs, but these can easily be replaced with still pictures. The reflection fades best with a dark background with this particular gif, but will fade into any background (I included the full tempate on a light background, but the image next to it shows how it fades on the darker background).

A shark/underwater themed layout. Most likely to be used for an application, but could easily be adapted to a mini-profile. It has a hover button on the bottom to display more content.

This is a very specific, simple and silly post (I guess?) template. It should be fine for all devices - as there is a smaller version of the deadpool image. You can edit however.

So, I figured that I would share this here, since it is a pretty nifty little thing that I love.
It is a simple DOHTML, animated scroll of the medieval style. When you hover, it drops down to reveal whatever you put within. The base hover code is not mine; I found it years ago and forgot where exactly it came from. The tabbing within the code and the scroll images are mine. You may edit it to your heart's content! No need to credit, but a comment showing me where you use it would be cool! I'd love to see how you incorporate it into a roleplay.
This would be perfect for character applications, post templates, or any sort of character communication!

This is a lovely, dark post template. It's screen printed on a dark skin as well (my own site). It's rather easy to navigate the Post Template which includes two lines of lyric. The image is actually a gif but you don't have to use one.
