In 2020, Artificial Intelligence officially arrived in the world. With its arrival, criminal transgression increased, offering criminals the upper hand. Within six months, numerous cyber-attacks happened across both countries, causing panic and fear to spread across the populace. The United Coalition of North America decided to confront the issue as a united front. In 2023, they revealed Arcadia Bay, a small island that has no borders and everyone exists as dual citizens, will be the home of the new Federal Bureau of Security Intelligence (FBSI/SIA) headquarters.
