How to Edit Your Profile Want to know how to edit your profile? This is the guide for you! What Can I Edit on My Profile? From your profile, you can edit the following things: Your avatar Your cover photo The background image for your profile Your personal information, including your birthday (which we need to know if you want access to the mature parts of the forum) Whether or not people can follow you Your member title (the text beneath your username in posts) Who can view your profile Remove or display the widget that shows who visited your profile last How Do I Get to My Profile? You can get to your profile through three different methods: By clicking your username anywhere it appears on the site. By clicking on your username in the upper right hand corner of the screen, and then selecting "profile" from the drop-down menu. How Do I Edit My Information? On your profile, you'll see a button off to the right of the area your avatar is located. The button reads "edit profile." Click on it. Alternatively, you can also edit your profile by selecting "account settings" from the drop-down menu that appears when you click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and then clicking on "edit profile" in the list of links on the right. Either of these methods will open up a popup where you can edit what information you want displayed on your profile. In this section is also where you can edit your member title, your birthday, and who can view your profile. Be sure to hit save when you're done! How Do I Change My Images? Avatar Your avatar can be changed by clicking on the white square at the bottom left corner of your avatar when viewing it from your profile. Cover Photo The cover photo is the image that appears at the very top of your profile section. By the "edit profile" button is the button for editing your cover photo. Just click on it, and the rest is self-explanatory. Something to keep in mind about your cover photo is that it does not tile, however you can decide where the image is positioned. The maximum height of this area is 500 pixels. Background Image Right beside the cover photo button is the one for the background image. This will change the background on your profile. This image will cover the entire screen, and will not tile (repeat). How Do I Stop People From Following Me? This is enabled by default. You can disable it by going to the Followers widget in your profile, and selecting "options." Click "don't allow others to follow me," et voila! How Do I Remove the Latest Visitors?
