The widowed wife of Gallagher Wulff, she is now the prsent Arl of the West Hills. While not as full of spirit as her children, either because of age or because she's always been the voice of calm in a home of full of wild children, she still has that spark of life to her. Not ready to step aside for one of her children to take over yet, she has been carefully keeping an eye on all of them to insure the right fit for their people, the same people she's cared a great deal for over the years. Her husband was renowned for his lively spirit and she's very much been a mother to not only her family but her people, when she was able to do so.
The loss of her children and husband was a blow to her, and she has taken steps to attempt to insure her children are happy and have one another so they have someone to rely upon. A family is stronger then going it alone after all, and she'd rather not see hers torn apart because of titles or the political plottings of others, even if her children brought it upon themselves. She's a quiet woman, soft spoken and not the loud booming of her sons, but it means when she does say or do something to lighten the mood it always gets a laugh.
