The best way to contact the staff team is by posting in the Staff Contact Center.  It is guest friendly and also has a sub-forum that can only be seen by the staff team. Note that submitting a post as a guest is moderated to prevent spam so unless you get an error the post is there and when a staff member sees it, they will approve and respond.

Please do not PM a staff member unless they have asked that you do that.

We prefer that you post in either the main staff contact forum or the Staff's Eyes Only when contacting the staff unless directly instructed to do so by a staff member. The primary reason for that is that our staff is donating their time to be here and sometimes they can be away and not respond to the PM quickly. The Staff Contact Center will guarantee that an available staff member will respond to you when they are capable to get you the information.
