Detailed Search Information

I'm looking for something inspiring that really motivates me to make some new stories. I feel like lately I've just been in a creative slump and I'm trying to get out of it this means I'll consider some of my unwanted genres but you will have to sell it.

Must Haves:

No word count (suggested word counts are still word counts)

Good rules

Interesting plot or setting.

I would love some wanted ads that have 2 or more IC connections if there are any.

Otherwise just pitch it at me sexy!!

Hi Morrigan,

I would love to invite you to check out L'Appel du Vide.  We're a supernatural, contemporary RPG (Jcink Premium) set in Paris.  We're tiny but motivated and we *will* plot with you and come up with exciting things.  We're also dedicated to creating a friendly community where writing is a common pleasure and adventures are had!  The game has opportunities for political intrigue, action, romance, and magical high-jinks!

While we do have canon listings and lore creatures (humans, vampires, weres, witches, fae and shapeshifters) , there is also the possibility to expand into other creatures and create things of your own (be it organizations, businesses, etc). So check us out!  Our Discord server is here, and there's generally someone around to welcome you.

Hope to see you soon!

Hiya Morrigan. I'm not sure if Panfandom is up your alley, but we'd love, love, love to have some more DC and DC based characters and I for one would definitely squee to see some Star Trek characters (Canon or OC) running around. Dredd would definitely be interesting in our setting and I can just picture the confusion of trying to adapt to a less than technologically based society. I'd imagine a vampire would flourish with such a diverse food source and Warcraft based characters would fit right in.

We have several factions to join that offer characters connections with multiple characters at once. Currently, CHarles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr are looking for peeps to join their little tude with one another/others on the planet (yes, I know not strictly DC, but would love a mix of characters for these factions), while Kara Danvers is recruiting people for a superhero faction.

-No word count

-3-3-3

-JCINK Premium

-Relaxed activity rules

-Fast and flexible app process (most characters are up and running the same day)

We're a little bit unique in terms of both are setting and lore, we are a futuristic science-fantasy but we aren't in the far off future but rather a little bit ahead. We combine aspects of small-town interactions and wider reaching plots and we encourage our members to be as involved or not as they wish.

So, if you want to concentrate on your own group dynamics, one on one and/or reach out into the world of complex politics and even rebellions, that's all welcome here!

Ideally, I would encourage you to come on over, check out our Discord and start to feel welcome and settled in. As for wanted ads with multi connections? Well, it's something of a passion for us and if we don't have an exact one you're looking for don't worry you are going to fine that our members love plotting. No one is left around for long and everyone is made to feel included with whatever they want to do and explore.

All that is left is the ad, but I really do hope that you will come and check us out! If we're not a fit for you, then the best of luck in your search!

Hello Morrigan!

I see one of your preferred genres is Science Fiction. I run a colony ship sci-fi RP set in the far future. The site takes place on a ship that is over 250 years old. It's on its way to a new planet, but it won't reach its destination for another 250-or-so years. There's a lot of political tensions on the ship and there are different factions for any type of character. It's strictly humans-only at this point in time, but I like to think of this site as a dynamic one where we, the members, can take it anywhere we want. Another cool thing about this ship is that it's not just a dreary rust bucket. It's actually a smaller version of Earth. It carries fauna and flora with it through the stars. Some people think that the health of the ship (its soil and climate and machinery) is deteriorating. What if they never make it to their new home?

If that interests you, come check us out! https://seaofstardust.jcink.net

We use a profile application. We don't have a word count or activity check. We are roughly 4 months old and growing! Hope to see you there.

Hey there Morrigan! I think I might have a site for you! I'm an admin on a site called Faces in the Night.  We are a Supernatural genre site that's turning two years old this Wednesday! We have no word count  (but we recommend at least 200 words) and tons of options for story lines. We also have several wanted ads and tons of canons available. If you have any questions, don't be afraid to reach out! We have a Discord chat and you can always pm me if you want! Thank! Have a good one!

Hiya, I think you would like Irenic for a couple of reasons.

1. we are a modern mixture of scifi and fantasy  where humans are going against lovecraftian invaders. Its pacing is episodic like star trek.

2. we have no word count

3. I have a feeling you may like the team silencer wanted ads we have since they connect to several characters

4. we are lgbtia+ as a community and don't tolerate hate

5. we are a small community

my discord tag is Frey#1630 if you want to discuss things with me in private first

We are a mature, literate roleplay set in modern-day London. Irenic agents wage a covert war against supernatural beings threatening to subjugate humanity. Blending science fiction, occult horror and spy thrillers, the Irenic Institute is a relaxed collaborative community always ready to welcome new recruits. Everyone has a say in where the story goes. Members are encouraged to contribute to the site lore with creatures, organizations and magical artefacts of their own. Characters are given the space and freedom to live and grow, exploring new depths.

Hi there @Morrigan! I'm Jax and I'm the admin at Without Heroes. We're an AU Marvel/X-Men site with a site plot that focuses on the social and political fallout of an attempt at registering superhumans. If that isn't your jam, that's fine too! We operate on a loose, character-driven basis that allows players to ignore the overarching plot if they so choose to focus on their own personal plots.

We're rated 2/2/2, or PG-13, have no word count, and an activity requirement of one post per character per month. I'm not sure what you mean by "good" rules but I've never been alerted of any issues or complaints with the ones we have, and I like to think that we have an interesting plot and setting. We have multiple wanted ads and plenty of other wanted characters that aren't mentioned there. Not all of the wanted ads are specified as having multiple connections IC, but I can't think of a single one that couldn't be written/plotted to have them.

If you have questions, you can PM me here or on site, find me in the site's Discord server, or DM me directly at DarthKenobi#1485. Best of luck in finding your rp home, even if it's not with us!

In November 2018, the world changed, with no regard for the lives spent in its wake. Cries of outrage came from all across the country. Those who had always trusted in in the morality of man stood in disbelief, while criminal organisations took advantage of the sudden chaos. As it becomes clearer and clearer that things will never be the same, one question is shared by all: is the world without heroes?

Hi @Morrigan, I'm TheeFlamehead, and I represent Geronimo, a relatively new Firefly/Serenity 'Verse RP. Set six months after the ending of Serenity, we're playing out the ramifications of the Signal that Mal sent out, through the eyes of a misfit crew.  Aboard a Walkabout-Class midbulk transport, our crew is intentionally small, so plenty of room for connections, though we don't specifically have wanted ads out, as a forum would.

We have seven players (including a few from right here), and are constantly writing or talking with one another. Each of our characters are flawed, and I'd like to think we take pride playing into those. We also play on a unique format, NOVA, which I like to think combines the best of PBeM and forums. I'm happy to talk with you about it, if you'd like to consider us. My discord name is TheeFlamehead#1175, or the PM system here is great.

Cheers!

"You can't stop the signal..."

Those were the words uttered so infamously six months ago. And while the sentiment may be true, Mr. Universe, or whatever his name is, forgot one crucial part, one facet of the human condition that makes it all grind to a halt. People are so gorram stupid.

The year is 2519. Six months post-signal, and no one knows what to believe anymore. While the illegal broadwave broadcast was quickly condemned, many see it as yet another sign that the Alliance is up to no good, and can't be trusted. Alliance infrastructure is beginning to crumble, and a second Unification War is brewing. As neighbor begins to distrust neighbor, Browncoats are being pulled out of the back of closets, and the upcoming Unification Day is becoming a tenser subject by the minute.

As the regular supply lines begin to degrade, the need for cargo haulers and smugglers is at an all-time high. Enter people like Clayton Stanton, a captain whose abilities and grace under pressure are only matched by his cold demeanor. In this hostile climate, it was people like him that got people what they wanted, no matter the cost. Finding himself on the edge of the core, on the planet of Albion, Clayton is short on credits, short on job opportunities, and even shorter on patience. But his work is too important to let go. And it seems as though he's looking for a few extra crew.

Hi Morrigan [:

I'm sorry you're in a funk. I totally understand how that is, unfortunately. It can be so hard to find motivation to write or create characters, I hope you find the drive you need soon!

My co-admin and I started a brand new  original cyberpunk AU based in Miami. There are tons of site canons with premade connections and we're always happy to plot with you/find ways for you to get in with the existing characters on Discord or by PM. We currently allow Human and Android characters.

I'm not going to give you a massive post here, I'm sure it gets tiring reading through every plot, but I'll leave you a link with this summary. Hope you'll come see us, and if not, that you at least get  your mojo back ❤️

I'm still considering Liquid Skies as the community is great, I'm waffling about it though, but I am still looking at others.
