Load up the RPG Initiative (you've probably already done this step.) Go to Store > Manage Purchases. You'll see a list of any purchases your have made on the Initiative, including past roleplay hosting. Click Manage on your current roleplay hosting product. Scroll down to Account Information. You will see your username and password for your FTP and Cpanel access. You can change your password here too. Make note of your username and password and then click on cpanel. Type in your username and password in the cpanel login tab that just opened up. You're in! Important Notes If you have copied and pasted your details and cpanel rejects them, open up a notepad and paste the details in there. Then copy from your notepad to the log in screen. This often happens because there is a latent space at the end of one or the other. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive. This means if it's all lowercase then it needs to be all lowercase. If you get locked out of you cPanel or suddenly can't access the Initiative poke Morrigan on the Discord server in the General channel or send us a tweet and we'll get you unblocked.
