Yume 99 Share Posted October 30, 2019 What I love most about my main character is the way that, no matter what is thrown at her, she stands back up and she keeps going. But more than that, she has a very clearly defined moral ground that she takes and she applies to situations and to life even as the whole world is crashing down and rearranging itself around her. And she maintains this same morality and she is just as kind to people who deserve it but aren't "human" as she is to the group that feels it has the moral high ground. She does the right thing with only the slightest concern for the rules themselves. If the rules are pointing down the "wrong" path, she throws them out and keeps going. Does it get her in trouble? Oh yes it does, and that's part of the charm. She's not immune to the consequences, she just refuses to let them stop her from following what she believes in.
