IPS Character Manager?

How do I go about purchasing the IPS character manager application? I stumbled upon this wonderful site while browsing and am extremely interested in not only being a part of the community but also purchasing the app!

Unfortunately it doesn't look like you're in the clients group which means that you don't have an active IPS license. I don't permit those with no active licenses into the group as a means of fraud control and theft of our mod.

So its an IPS application so you need the IPS forum software to use it. To gain access to purchase it you do need to join the coterie:
