Oh yeah it does depending on where its from though. some of it is rubbish, the one I but comes from Fiji and you can taste the coconut flavor in it. Coconut water to is a great hydrator, I do a lot of sport

Fortunately you've met a gen Y who in fact knows what you are talking about My fav book growing up was 'On our selection' and Monsieur Hogan (as well as his wife) were neighbors and friends of my Mum's family. Although I am embarrassed when I have to explain to people we do not call the smaller crustaceans 'shrimps' Lol.
