RPG Initiative Topsites Account

A small question if I may, do I need to have a separate topsites account to post my site to the RPG Initiative topsites, or does it share the same user account as with the forums?

Yes you do have to register a separate account as the topsites because you can register multiple sites under the one account. There is a long convoluted explanation but  that is the short answer.
