Greetings, fellow earthlings (and aliens). I am Arthur: a 27-year old Brazilian trans boy trying to find my place in the forum RPG community. I started roleplaying three years ago on Facebook—briefly passing through G+ and Tumblr, but not really adapting to any of these—, and have been roleplaying in forums just for eight months now. I was an admin on one Facebook OUAT RP. Now, I am one of the admins of two boards yet to be open: a Once Upon a Time jcink forum and a forum with a theme yet to be decided in Portuguese.

 

Since I haven't been in the community for too long, I have been in just a few sites: four OUAT forums, two original and one panfandom reincarnation. Most of the sites I was in died or didn't work out for me, so I am basically digging sites to try finding a few new ones. Mostly, I am leaning towards having just one or two characters on each site, so I can be on many sites at the same time. My narrative skills in English are far from being great, but I'm here to learn and like to think I am a fast learner. On the other hand, I write slowly because I try my best to keep my posts as clean as possible.

 

Recently, I am super interested in steampunk and sci-fi, although I'm not really keen on the idea of joining one about a fandom. I love high fantasy and fairy tales but prefer when the rps focus on slices of life instead of the main plots. My favorite books are the Harry Potter series, The Graveyard Book, The Sword of Truth series and Pride and Prejudice. I am absolutely crazy about animated movies of any sorts (although I haven't watched much anime lately), especially Disney and Dreamworks (not much a Pixar guy). I love strip comics such as Calvin & Hobbes and Asterix, and the only actual comic series I like is Neil Gaiman's Sandman. My favorite character is Death of the Endless because she gives me hope. 

 

My favorite hobbies involve creating stuff: drawing, coding, writing, world-building. I absolutely love reading, and the only genres I dislike are mystery, horror, and crime. I love tabletop games such as Risk and chess and puzzles of any sort. My favorite game franchise is Pokémon.

It's definitely a good movie. Not one of my favorites, but enjoyable. I'd watch it anytime.

Thank you, Morrigan. Moana is a beautiful movie for sure. The animation is gorgeous and the ending is touching!

Linguists say that Portuguese is one of the closest languages to Romanian (after the Italian dialects from Northern Italy), so we can consider ourselves cousins ;) If you add my love for Brasilian music and for Lucelia Santos... (There was another very popular Brazilian telenovela here, besides the two with Lucelia Santos, but I hadn't seen that one, O Clone).

I have never seen anything in Romanian, but I believe you! We are all Latin children, after all! I'm not familiar with Brazilian telenovelas >< hahahahaha! I don't watch much TV.
