  • New to the forum and not quite sure how to add a signature? This quick guide will show you how.

Add a Signature

Step 1: Locate your options.

In the upper righthand corner of the screen (on desktop), click on your username. This will open up a drop down menu. Click on account settings.

Step 2: Edit your signature.

On the left-hand side of the screen (on desktop), you will find "Signature" as one of the items listed there. Click it! It'll take you to the page where you can edit your signature.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • Your signature may be no taller than 400px.
    • You can easily see how tall your signature is by right clicking on it with your mouse and selecting "inspect element." Click on the line of code that looks like this: <div data-role="memberSignature" class="ipsResponsive_hidePhone">, which will select the element on the page and tell you how many pixels wide and tall it is.
  • If your signature's width exceeds that of the forum, then it will automatically be resized to fit the forum's width.
  • You can add images to your signature by pasting the image URL directly into the editor. It will turn it into an image for you automatically! :)
